We're so proud of you!!!

I'm way behind on blogging, what's new!! I wanted to post some pics of J from his 1/2 Marathon. It was the Teton Dam Marathon on Saturday June 14 and J kicked some bootie in the 1/2 marathon. He did a great job. He was hoping to finish within 2-2 1/2 hours and he ended up coming in in just under 2 hours!!! Great job, we love you and are soooooo proud of you!!

To good to be true!!

I was talking to my Sis on the phone while the big kids were sleeping and JJ was playing, he was being so good and quiet!! or so I thought!! I found him downstairs in the game/arts and crafts closet with the lids off of all the paints. It was mostly just on him but some on the brand new carpet!!! The Little Green Bissel to the rescue-again!!!

Where r u going??!!!

I'm not exactly sure what kind of trip would warrant such an outfit but he was sure going somewhere!!! The John Deere mixed with a tu-tu is a daring look but I think he pulls it off nicely!! (He's secure in his manhood!!)

Guddat trenching!!

Here he is about 3 hours into it with the front yard, the right side, and half of the back yard done, only 2 more hours to go!!


We had an estimate for a sprinkler system in our jungle of weeds and decided our pockets aren't that deep so J and a neighbor are going to do our yard and theirs all by themselves!! Today was trenching day, J was out in the yard for 5 hours with the beast of a machine (called "The ditch witch"). I'm glad he wants to be thrifty and a do-it-yourselfer and I'm very proud and impressed at how hard he's working and what a good job he's doing!!

Mashed potato mayhem!!!

This is what happens when you give a toddler his very own plate of mashed potatoes and then go downstairs and leave your husband in charge!!!! I guess I do have to give him points for artistic creations but I definitely let Daddy clean up this one!!!!

Comfy Cozy

J snuck these shots before he left for work on Friday!! My rule is no kids in bed until Daddy leaves for work in the morning. So I'm almost positive that the kids have trained themselves to wake up when they hear the shower and come in to cuddle!! It would be cute and cuddly if Jocey didn't always flip her hair in my face, JD continually slaps his hands in my face and JJ moves around like he's doing the caterpillar!! And yes, I do catch flies while I'm sleeping!!

Olive you!!

My children love olives!! I'm not sure if it's because they love to play monster fingers with them or because they love to eat them!! My Mom also taught me the tradition that my family carries on; whenever you're eating olives, put one on the plate of the person you love just to say, Olive you!!!
